Connected Accounts

Overview

A connected account is a live channel credential that Sendora can send from:

Channel	Connected service	Sends
`linkedin`	Connected LinkedIn account	DMs, InMails, connection requests, voice notes
`whatsapp`	Connected WhatsApp account	Text messages, media, templates
`email`	Gmail / Outlook / SMTP	Emails, threaded replies
`sms_voice`	Connected phone account	SMS, MMS, outbound AI calls

When you call POST /conversations/{lead_id}/messages or POST /voice/calls, use a connected account’s id as the connection_id or from_number to control which sender is used.

Account statuses

Status	Meaning
`active`	Healthy, can send
`expired`	OAuth token expired, re-connect in Settings
`error`	The connected service returned a permanent error
`disconnected`	Manually disconnected

Use in message sending

Pass the account id as connection_id to control which sender is used:

When connection_id is omitted, Sendora picks the first active account for that channel.

Use in voice calls

The phone account’s identifier (E.164) is the from_number for calls:

Connect new accounts

New channel connections are created in the Sendora dashboard under Settings → Channels. Once connected, they appear here immediately.
