# Integration testing and acceptance

> Validate a Sendora integration with reversible fixtures before production use.

Use an isolated test workspace and synthetic records. Do not run these checks against a customer workspace or a real recipient.

## Acceptance sequence

1. Create a key and verify a safe authenticated read.
2. Create a synthetic lead and a small lead list.
3. Run a prospecting preview without committing it.
4. Create a campaign draft and run preflight without launching.
5. Register a webhook and verify its signature using the raw body.
6. Trigger a test delivery and inspect delivery history.
7. Create a voice-agent draft, attach a test knowledge source, and test a tool with generated input.
8. Configure a widget and verify allowed and disallowed origins.
9. Poll a known job through pending, running, completed, and failure handling where fixtures permit.

## Negative cases

Exercise missing/invalid keys (`401`), unavailable entitlements (`403`), wrong-workspace IDs (`404`), invalid state transitions (`409`), malformed fields (`422`), rate limits (`429`), and provider or temporary failures (`502`/`503`). Record the actual response envelope and compare it with the endpoint reference.

## Production gate

Do not enable live sends, calls, campaign launch, plan changes, or partner publishing until the integration has passed the negative cases, retry review, secret-storage review, and human approval of all side-effecting steps.
